Early Years Education
This project aims to improve primary school enrolment and education outcomes for 357 children in Sadar Upaziila, Cox’s Bazar. By preparing infants for school through the provision of playgroups, preschool classes and guidance and support for their parents.
Learning for Life’s Early Years Education (EYE) project in Sadar District, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, is dedicated to improving educational outcomes and enrolment rates for 357 children. The project focuses on preparing young children for primary school through the establishment of 14 playgroups and 7 preschool centres equipped with age-appropriate educational materials.
Additionally, parents receive regular training sessions on school enrolment, education values, and creating supportive home environments, ensuring active participation and engagement. Continuous assessments are planned to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, underscoring the project's commitment to sustained educational impact in the community.
